Italian Food: More Than Just Eating
We are delighted to present "Italian Food: More Than Just Eating," a creative digital project developed by the students of Class 2A (English Plus) during the 2024/2025 school year. At the conclusion of a learning unit on the world of food, our students worked collaboratively in groups to build a Google Site that explores the value of food within our culture. In Italy, food is much more than just preparing a meal and eating it quickly; it is a vital part of our identity and social fabric. Throughout this project, the students have analyzed the significance of our culinary heritage, detailing our traditions at breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
The project also features a practical and creative element, as students produced their own video recipes. They documented the entire process, from selecting ingredients while shopping to the final stages of cooking in the kitchen.
Furthermore, the site celebrates diversity by including sections where students shared traditional recipes and stories from their own home countries
